  • Does not use DI (deionized) water or EcoClear  during building washes to avoid unnecessary filter wear and replacement costs.

Window Cleaning

  • Requires pure deionized water  combined with EcoClear for a spot‑free finish.

  • DI filters degrade with every use , creating a meaningful per‑job consumable cost.

Bundled Services

  • Every building wash automatically includes window cleaning, since chemical runoff will contaminate glass surfaces.

  • Window‑only cleanings are also offered as a standalone service.

Specialty Treatments

  • Rust removal is available upon special request.

  • The process requires multiple drone applications with dwell time between passes.

Equipment Reach

  • The system supports 300 feet of hose from the trailer.

  • After accounting for ground distance to the drone launch point, the setup provides approximately 200 feet of vertical reach .
